Warranty policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
Your statutory rights come first
Whatever any warranty says, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you remedies against the seller if goods aren't of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described: a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, then repair/replacement, then price reduction or final rejection. Warranties are additional to this, never a replacement.
Planned warranty commitments (to be confirmed at launch)
- Portable units: minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty; we handle the claim process for you rather than pointing you at an overseas manufacturer.
- Installed split systems: minimum 3-year manufacturer hardware warranty (premium brands commonly 5–7 years when registered — we'll register on your behalf), plus a workmanship guarantee from the installing partner, in writing, per order.
- Rental units: no warranty needed — if a rental unit fails, we replace it. Target: next available delivery slot.
What a warranty won't be used for
We won't use warranty terms to dodge statutory obligations, and warranty claims won't be gated behind unreasonable proof demands. Keep your order confirmation; that's all the registration you'll need with us.
Final terms
Exact warranty durations per product line will be published on product pages before sales open, and stated again on your order confirmation. If this page and an order confirmation ever differ, the more generous applies.
