How this map works (the honest print)

Counts are live aggregates of active Coolhaven reservations and free registrations — one per household or business requirement, cancelled and refunded ones removed. Regions with fewer than 5 entries show "<5" until they pass that mark. No bots, no padding, no "demand" we can't show receipts for: paid priority reservations are £10, fully refundable, so every number here is someone who put a card behind wanting cooler summers. Data updates every five minutes; journalists and researchers are welcome to cite it — a link back to this page is appreciated.
