Delivery policy

Pre-launch document. This policy is written in good faith for Coolhaven's demand-validation phase and will be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before commercial launch. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll answer plainly.

Status: pre-launch

We are not yet delivering. This page states our delivery plan so you can judge a reservation on honest information; binding delivery promises will be published per area before any product is sold.

Planned delivery model

  • Launch zones first: Greater London, Manchester and Birmingham are the planned first delivery areas, expanding by reservation demand. Check your postcode on the coverage page.
  • Targets in launch zones: next-day or chosen-day delivery of portable units; urgent slots prioritised for health-vulnerable households.
  • What "delivered" includes: the unit, exhaust hose, window seal kit and plain-English setup guide. Setup assistance options will be priced transparently at launch.
  • Delivery charges: our intent is delivery included within launch zones for full-price units; any charge will be shown before checkout, never after.

What we won't do

  • Publish delivery promises for areas where we can't yet honour them.
  • Advertise countdown-style delivery urgency that isn't operationally real.
  • Take payment for a product without a stated delivery window for your address.

When sales begin

Each order will show a specific delivery window at checkout. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a different time is agreed — our windows will always be specific and shorter in launch zones. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; until then it's ours.
