Every UK heatwave replays the same 72 hours: temperatures spike, decent portable units vanish from every shelf within days, installer diaries fill for a month, and millions of people improvise with fans and wet towels through 28°C nights. The market failure isn't technology — it's timing. Everyone shops at the same moment, and the supply chain simply can't surge that fast.

Our answer is to move the decision earlier. Reserve your priority calmly, before the forecast turns red; we use that real, committed demand to put stock and certified installers exactly where they're needed; priority customers get first pick when it counts.

Where we honestly are today

Pre-launch. We're validating demand across the UK right now — this site is the live instrument of that validation. Sourcing partnerships are in development in Asia, installer partnerships are forming in our first UK zones, and first deliveries are planned for Greater London, Manchester and Birmingham, subject to the stock we confirm. That's why every reservation is fully refundable: being early should cost you nothing if plans change.

What we believe

• No manufactured panic. No fake countdowns, no invented stock numbers, no fabricated reviews. Heat sells itself; lying about it is both wrong and unnecessary.
• Refundable means refundable. One click, no questions, actioned within a working day. The refund button is on the same page as everything else.
• Right-sized or not sold. An undersized unit makes a customer miserable and a review honest. Sizing before selling is non-negotiable.
• Certified or not installed. F-Gas certification and insurance are checked before any partner sees a Coolhaven job.
