Cancellation policy

Pre-launch document. This policy is written in good faith for Coolhaven's demand-validation phase and will be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before commercial launch. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll answer plainly.

Cancelling a reservation — now

  • Cancel any time from your account (Cancel reservation) or by emailing [email protected].
  • If you paid the £10, cancellation triggers an automatic full refund — see Refunds.
  • There is no cancellation window, fee, or penalty. Your statutory 14-day distance-selling right is therefore comfortably exceeded: with us it's "any-day".
  • Cancelling releases your queue position; re-reserving later rejoins at the back.

Cancelling future orders — when sales begin

Real orders (units, installations, rentals) will carry their own cancellation terms, published at checkout, which will include at minimum your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Goods (portable units): 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, full refund including standard delivery, with return of the goods.
  • Services (installation): 14 days from contract to cancel; if you ask us to start within that window, you may owe for work already done — we'll state this clearly before any work is scheduled.
  • Rentals: cancellation and early-return terms will be published with rental pricing before launch.

We will present these rights at the point of sale — not buried here — and this page will be updated with the full order terms at launch.
