Coverage
Honest, postcode-level answers
We take reservations across the UK — and we're precise about what each area gets at launch. Reservations from register-interest areas directly decide where we expand next.
What the labels mean
Every postcode falls into one of these — no small print, no bait.
Portable delivery (and where marked, urgent slots and installation partners) is planned here for launch, subject to the stock we confirm. Priority customers choose first.
We're measuring demand. Reservations here are fully valid, fully refundable — and they're the exact mechanism that moves an area into the launch column.
Areas where we plan fast-response delivery slots for urgent cases — health-vulnerable households are triaged first.
A few locations (currently the Crown Dependencies) where we can't take reservations yet — we'd rather say so than take a tenner we can't honour.

Everywhere else in the UK is a register-interest area: reservations are open, fully refundable, and counted street-by-street when we plan expansion. See how demand shapes our roadmap on the city pages.
